• We currently ship only in Vadodara, Gujarat. If you are outside Vadodara and interested in buying something from our selection please contact us and we will try to fulfill your order.
• Shipping is free for all orders of ₹1500 and more. For orders less than ₹ 1500, a fixed delivery charge of ₹50/- will be applicable while making payment. This is primarily due to the volumetric dimension of items sold on theshoppe.in (upto 6 km, more than 6 kms ₹100/-) Dispatch location will be from THE SHOPPE.
• For cash-on-delivery orders of value more than ₹ 10,000, you will be required to deposit an advanced partial payment of at least 50% of the order value in our bank account (delivery will happen only after the partial payment is made).
• These courier charges are for delivery in Vadodara only. Outside Vadodara actual courier charges as per the agency will be applicable.
• For products that are in stock, we deliver within 24-48 working hours from the time you confirm your order.
• Customers will not be able to opt for the carrier of their choice. Heavy items that are delivered by ground service may be delivered within 4-5 business days from the date of confirmation of order.
• If there is an unforeseen delay in shipping your order, we will make every attempt to let you know in advance via the contact details mentioned in your order. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
• On rare occasions, it may happen that an item available with us is physically damaged, or is not in a condition to be shipped, and if we are unable to procure a replacement, we may have to cancel that item from your order. In such cases, we shall inform you about the same.
Is Cash-on-Delivery (COD) available for all places in India?
1. The Shoppe uses third-party courier services for delivering your orders outside Vadodara. Currently, these services provide COD service to Vadodara (Gujarat) only.
2. For orders placed on cash-on-delivery (COD), there is NO OPEN Delivery. So, you CANNOT open the packing and inspect the item before you make payment to the courier. However, if there is any problem with the item after the delivery and payment, you can call us or mail us and the issue will be taken care of. Also, if the packing or box is damaged from outside, you can choose to not accept delivery and call us and send a picture of the same.
3. In the case of COD orders our courier will make an attempt to deliver the order after which it will be returned to our shop premises, you can collect the parcel from the premises or can get delivered at your place with an additional charge of ₹ 50 over and above the bill and previous delivery charge (if any).
Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
2. Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be special ordered.
3. Items that transit through states requiring special entry permits or Octroi, under such circumstances, you will be emailed or contacted by our customer care regarding the specifics of your situation.
